Wills's Time and Money

OK, these aren't in the best condition and I haven't even got a full set, but they're still one of my favourite series - Wills's Time and Money in Different Countries from 1907.
They just have a kind of antique appeal that sums up the era they come from. I'm no expert on time but I assume that there was some kind of standard agreed upon after 1907 as I'm sure Paris is no longer nine and a quarter minutes ahead of us.

Hi , As a past owner of thsi set I'd also like to say how cool this issue is . It covers a wide range of countries ,the art work is superb .A true vintage gem .
If I could find one in really nice condition I'd consider adding it to my portfolio .

This is the one set, or at least some cards from it, that I remember my grandfather giving to me many moons ago and which sparked my interest in card-collecting. Many years went by before I returned to collecting cigarette cards and my first objective then was to collect the full set, which I have now done. I just found the cards so appealing; probably the allure of distant exotic places.

The quality of the printing is just so lovely with a lot of the early cards.
