Such a pity; that's a really nice item.
Had a spell a couple of years ago where several ebay purchases, from dealers I had dealtwith before and are certainly honourable, never arrived.  Fortunately nothing too much to worry about and I was compensated - annoying all the same.  About the same time someone brought a slightly battered and wet envelope bearing my name and address that they had found in the street, a couple of hundred yards from my house.  Luckily the contents were fine and that was an item I really did want.
A good, reliable postman/postal service is so important.

I know it's not Baines, but no idea of the publisher. Shame it's gone missing. :(
