How To Be As Creative As David Bowie Using Cards
« on: September 05, 2017, 03:22:01 PM »
Are cards just for collecting or can they be used to inspire the future too? It seems like David Bowie could draw inspiration from virtually anything, as I explain in my latest YouTube video. I'd like to thank Ian Sammel again for pointing out the "Captain Tom" character in the set of Moon Mission trade cards by Mister Softee, 1962.

There's no doubt that David Bowie was a master of invention and reinvention, but as you point out, it's all regurgitated from elsewhere. I'm going before I start waffling about postmodernism and 'genuine forgeries'!
