Would a section for sales be worth having

There is a section for wants here but I wonder if there is mileage in having a section for sales in case members want to offer for sale items they no longer want. There is a risk that this could be overused and turn the forum into simply a market but by limiting number of sales to say 10 per year for any member this could be avoided and only allowing use of the facility after people have logged say 50 postings to avoid casual users trying to sell off their house clearance finds!
Just a thought but this works quite well on another forum i use and doesnt get abused

Sounds like this could be a good earner a modest percentage cut for the organizer. The society used to send collectors cards about and also still have there auction.
